Thanks for posting the item on the Texas History Page. I'm not a direct descendant, but Collin McKinney was my 4xg uncle, and I'll be interested to see what kind of response there is.
More than surprised to see one of my posts listed on your "Weekly Genealogy Picks" John! You always have such outstanding choices and I enjoy reading your picks every week. There seems to be an article or two(or three)that I haven't read, so I look forward to finding out what I have missed and catching up through your post!
