Minnesota marriage database with ability to order certificates online. Dates indexed vary by county. Some go back to the 1870s, and some are up to current. I found a few individuals with my favorite surnames, but I am unsure of their relationship.

Thanks for the link, John. My grandparents are listed (under a wrong spelling, BTW, although I've seen the document and it does appear to be written as they've indexed it). I sent the link to one of my genie cousins, and I suspect she'll run with it and flush out a few more docs for us.
